نگرشی بر نگارش‌های کلامی (10): استِقصَاءُ النَّظَر فی البَحثِ عنِ القَضاءِ والقَدَر

The brief but prolific treatise of “Istiqṣāʾal-Naẓar fi-l-Baḥth ʿan al-Qaḍāʾ wa-l-Qadar” is one of the monographs of the famous Imami theologian, Ḥasan ibn Yūsuf ibn Alī ibn Muṭahhar, known as Al-ʿallāma al-Ḥillī (648- 726), which concerns the controversial issue of man predestination and free will. In this work, he has tried to explain the views and arguments of the proponents of predestination or human free will in performing various acts, and then to explain the correct position on this issue based on rational and narrative reasons. In the present article, first of all, the most important writings of the theologians before Al-ʿallāma-al- Ḥillī on the subject of predestination and free will are introduced. then, the structure and content of the treatise “Istiqṣāʾal-Naẓar”, the date of its writing, the various published editions of the work, the commentaries written on it, as well as the valuable and old manuscript of the treatise are examined.  .

رسالۀ مختصر امّا پرثمرِ استِقصَاءُ النَّظَر فی البَحثِ عنِ القَضاءِ والقَدَر در زمرۀ تک‌نگاشت‌های متکلّم آوازه‌مند امامی، حسن بن یوسف بن علی بن مُطهّر حِلّی (د: ۶۴۸ _ 726 ھ.ق.) ملقَّب به علّامۀ حلّی قرار دارد که به بحث از موضوع بحث‌برانگیز و مناقشه‌آمیز جبر و اختیار اختصاص یافته است. او در این اثر کوشیده است دیدگاه‌ها و ادلّۀ باورمندان به دو عقیدۀ جبر یا اختیار انسان در صدور افعال را شرح دهد و آنگاه بر اساس دلایل عقلی و نقلی ایستار درست را در این مسئله تبیین نماید. در مقالۀ حاضر، نخست به مهم‌ترین نگاشته‌های متکلّمانِ پیش از علّامۀ حلّی در موضوع قضاء و قدر اشاره می‌شود. پس از آن، ساختار و محتوای رسالۀ استِقصَاءُ النَّظَر، تاریخ نگارش آن، ویراست‌های مختلف به‌چاپ رسیده از این اثر، شروح نگاشته‌شده بر آن و نیز دست‌نویس‌ کهنِ ارزشمندی از رسالۀ مزبور معرّفی و بررسی می‌شود.  .
