از دو راهی کاذب «استاندارد» و «آرمان» تا بن بست «جامعه گرایی»

Plagiarism in the research and publication ethics is defined regardless of the intention or the character of the perpetrators. Recognition of and respect to the intellectual rights of ownership which is the base of the research and publication ethics depend on two large conceptual developments which are correlated: the development of erudition to the academic work; and the development of knowledge to academic goods. In the present paper, the author focuses on the technological aspect of the research and publication institute and its correlated ethics. Regarding this, he, first of all, writes an introduction to the technology in general, the research and publication institute in particular, and the ethics of dealing with them. Then, he presents some issues regarding the ethics of research and publication, and sets forth his arguments about the necessity of return to the ethics of research and publication.

سرقت علمی و ادبی در اخلاق حرفه‌ای نشر و پژوهش فارغ از نیت مرتکبان یا شخصیت ایشان، تعریف می‌شود. شناسایی و مراعات حق مالکیت معنوی که بن‌مایۀ اصلی اخلاق نشر و و پژوهش است، تابع دو تحول مفهومی بزرگ است که هم‌بستۀ یک‌دیگرند، یکی دگرگونی دانشوری به «کار» علمی، و دیگری تحول دانش به «کالای» علمی. نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر به وجه تکنولوژیک نهاد نشر و پژوهش و اخلاقیات و آداب‌شناسی هم‌بستۀ آن می¬پردازد. وی در راستای این هدف، ابتدا مقدمه¬ای در باب تکنولوژی به نحو عام، و نهاد نشر و پژوهش به نحو خاص، و اخلاق مواجهه با آنها بیان می¬دارد. سپس مطالبی در خصوص اخلاق نشر و پژوهش ارائه نموده و استدلال¬های خود را پیرامون ضرورت بازگشت به اخلاق حرفه¬ای پژوهش و نشر مورد بحث و جمع¬بندی قرار می¬دهد.
