One of the most important topics in the realm of political thought that has a fundamentalaspect is the relationship between political philosophy and political jurisprudence. In the present article, the author has focused on the difference between Shiite political philosophy and Shiite political jurisprudence. And he is after the answer to this question that how the results of these two academic majors are comparable? And what is the validity of their transposition? Regarding this, he firstly clarifies himself about political philosophy and political jurisprudence. Then he points out the relationship between reason and hadith in view of Islamic scholars. Therefore, he is trying to prepare the condition for a closer look at the relationship between Shiite political philosophy and Shiite political jurisprudence. .
