Delete the file
Restrict user access
Request additional information

Full legal responsibility for uploaded files rests with the uploading user.

2. Explanation of File Review Process

To ensure content quality and user safety, each file goes through the following stages:

Initial Review (Automated)

Virus and security scan
Format and file integrity check
Check file name, metadata, size, and technical standards

Content Review (By Content Team)

Evaluate content type to prevent prohibited items
Ensure compliance with copyright laws
Match Docibox policies
⏱ Review time is usually between 2 to 48 hours (depending on request volume)

3. Right to Reject or Not Publish Files
Docibox has the right to reject, delete, or not publish files without providing a full explanation in the following cases:

Content that violates copyright
Illegal content
Pornography
Extreme violence
Hate speech
Illegal activities
Drugs
Confidential government or organizational documents
Incomplete, corrupted, or invalid files
Files that do not align with Docibox policies
Files flagged during security checks

If a file is rejected, the user may:

Submit a review request
Upload a revised version

4. User Privacy

All files are kept private until approved and are not publicly visible.
Docibox does not publish, share, or commercially analyze any file without user consent.
Private files and personal libraries are only accessible by the account owner or authorized individuals.

Upon official user request, files may:

Be fully deleted
Be archived
Be restricted for specific access only

5. Additional Rules

File uploads must be related to Docibox platform topics (archive, library, documents, research, digital resources, etc.).
Proper naming, correct topic, and proper categorization are mandatory.
Viewing, reporting, or downloading any file must comply with the laws of the user's country.
Spam, duplicate, or promotional files are prohibited.
Respecting the rights of others in file descriptions and naming is essential.
