تاریخِ تاریخ نگاری نجد پیش از حضور وهابیان

Najd is a remote and somewhat featureless region of central Arabia. In the eleventh to twelfth century, when Mohammad Ibn Abdu-Alwahhāb’s movement was getting started, it was inhabited by an Arab population of modest means and predominantly tribal structure. In the present study, the writer is going to provide an outline of the conditions and the traditions regarding Najd history writing prior to the rise of the Wahhābi state in the middle of the twelfth century. .

نجد، صحرایی دورافتاده در شبه جزیره عربستان بود و سا کنان آن را در قرن های یازده و دوازده هجری، در زمان شکل گیری حرک ت محمدبن عبدالوهاب ، بیابانگردان و جوامع قبیله ای تشکیل می دادند. نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر، نمایی کلی و توضیحاتی اجمالی دربارۀ شرایط و سن ت تاریخ نگاری نجد، پی ش از ظهور وهابیان در میان ههای قرن دوازده ارائه م یدهد. .
