نظام نامة مطبوعات افغانستان در دورۀ امان الله خان و آزادی مطبوعات

Amānullah Khan’s state was interested in reconstruction of Afghanistan in all the  spects. In Amānullah Khan Period, the journals concentrated on the issues of independence, spread of education, enlightenment, fighting against superstition, and encouraging people of various social strata, especially women, to create a developed and civilized Afghanistan. In the present paper, the author is going to examine the history of the press and the media in Afghanistan. Regarding this, she briefly talks about the publication of the journals of Serāj al-Akhbār and Irshād al-Nesvān. Following this, she analyzes the regulations of the press in Amānullah Khan and Nāder Khan’s period. Finally, she offers the details of the regulations of Afghanistan press. .

دولت امان الله خان در تمام عرصه ها به نوسازی افغانستان علاقه داشت. در نشریه های دوران امان الله خان امر استقلال، گسترش معارف، روشنگری، مبارزه با خرافات و تشویق اقشار گوناگون اجتماعی مردم به خصوص زنان در جهت ایجاد یک افغانستان متمدن و پیشرفته تمرکز داشت. نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر، سیر تاریخی مطبوعات و رسانهها در افغانستان را مورد مداقه قرار می دهد. وی در راستای این هدف، به اختصار از انتشار نشریات سراج الاخبار و ارشاد النسوان سخن به میان می آورد. سپس در ادامه، نظام نامه مطبوعات در دوره امان الله خان و دوره نادرخان را بررسی می نماید. در انتها، مواد نظام نامه مطبوعات افغانستان را ارائه می دهد.
