نگرشی بر نگارشهای کلامی 6 الرسالة السَّعدیة

One of Allame Hasan bin Yousef bin Ali bin Motahhar Helli’s valuable works is an interdisciplinary and rather brief work called Al- Risālat as-Sa’dia, also known as as-Sa’dia. This treatise begins with some preliminary explanations of the principles of jurisprudence followed by a chapter which is about the five principles of Shiite religion and also several jurisprudential issues. Finally, the treatise ends with two short chapters, one of which is on persuading people into doing some of the ethical works, and the other one is on deterring people from vices. Therefore, Al- Risālat as-Sa’dia includes a number of topics on the principles of jurisprudence, theology and jurisprudence, and ethics. As Allame states at two points in the introduction to this treatise, he wrote this work for Sa’doddin Muhammad bin Ali Sāvoji and dedicated the reward of its writing to him. The treatise is surely named Sa’dia after this person. The following paper intends to  ntroduce this treatise and explain some of its writing features and peculiarities. Regarding this, the author firstly scrutinizes the issue of the treatise attribution to Allame Helli and the date of its wirting. Followingthis, he presents other issues such as the structure, content, versions, translations, explanations, and  prints. In the last part he criticizes the second edition of Abdolhossein Muhammad Ali Baqāl’s correction of Al-Risālat as-Sa’dia, and provides some examples from the text to show some of the mistakes.

یکی از تألیفات ارزشمند علامه حسن بن یوسف بن علی بن مطهر حلی، اثری است چنددانشی و در عین حال نسبتاً مختصر به نام «الرساله السعدیه » که گاه آن را «السعدیه » نیز خواند هاند. این رساله با بیان مقدماتی از دانش اصول فقه آغاز م یشود و پس از آن، فصلی در باب اصول پن جگانه اعتقادی آمده که همراه آن، چند موضوع فقهی نیز مطرح شده است. در نهایت، رساله، با دو فصل کوتاه در خصوص ترغیب به انجام برخی از اعمال عبادی و اخلاقی و تحذیر از ارتکاب پار های ازمنکرات خاتمه م ییابد. بدی نسان، رساله سعدیه مشتمل است بر مباحثی چند از علوم اصول فقه و کلام و فقه و اخلاق. علامه، چنانکه در دو موضع از مقدمه رساله تصریح کرده، این اثر را برای سعدالدین محمد بن علی ساوجی (آوجی) نگاشته و ثواب نگارش آن را به همو تقدیم کرده است. نا مگرفتن رساله مزبور به عنوان «سعدیه » نیز طبعاً به همین مناسبت است. نویسنده، نوشتار حاضر را با هدف معرفی رساله مذکور و بیان برخی از ویژگی ها و مختصات نگارشی آن، به رشتهتحریر درآورده است. وی در راستای این هدف، نخست مسئله انتساب رساله سعدیه به علامه حلی و تاریخ نگارش آن را مورد دقت نظر قرار داده است. در ادامه، مباحث مربوط به ساختار، محتوا، نسخه ها، ترجمه ها، شروح و منتخبات، و چاپ ها را مطرح می نماید. در نهایت، ویراست دوم تصحیح عبدالحسین محمدعلیبقال از رساله سعدیه را در بوته نقد و بررسی قرار داده و با ارائه شاهد مثال هایی، نمونه هایی از این اغلاط را بازگو می کند. .
