In this article, the classification of jurisprudence is examined with a different view of the Jurisprudence Thesaurus as a suitable method for correct regulation and helping the logical classification of jurisprudence.    .

 فقه اسلامی برای استحکام درونی و تجدید بنای خود به عناصر و لوازمی وابسته است که یکی از آنها ساختار منطقی و دسته بندی نظام یافته آن است. ساختاری که بتواند دانشی با این گستره را سازمان بخشد؛ جایگاه هر مسئله را مشخص نموده؛ دست یابی  به مباحث آن را روان تر؛ و فهم مطالب آن را آسان ترنماید. ساختار منتظمی که با شبکه گسترش پذیر خود، گزارههای پیشین و پسین فقه  را پذیرا باشد و با تحولات ابزارهای نوین در ذخیره سازی و جستجوهای متنوع ساده و پیشرفته و به خصوص در جستجوهایِ کارآمدِ موضوعی و شبکه ای، بکار آید. سوال اصلی آن است که برای دسته بندی نظام یافته  و ساختار منطقی فقه با توقعات یادشده، چه راهکار مناسبی وجود دارد؟ دراین مقاله، دسته‌بندی علم فقه با نگاهی متفاوت به اصطلاح نامه فقه به عنوان شیوه ای مناسب برای تنظیم درست و کمک به دسته‌بندی منطقی علم فقه بررسی می شود.    .
