نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر در قالب بیست و نهمین سلسله انتشارات با عنوان نسخه خوانی، متن چند نسخه را مورد مداقه قرار داده است. این متون بدین شرح اند:   جنگ بر سر قرنطینه در 190 سال پیش اخبار سیدنعمت‌الله جزائری از طاعون فراگیر سال 1102 هجری و احکام آن حاکم خبوشان و ادعای احیای دولت سربداران در سال 967 زهد و تقوای تولیت آستان قدس رضوی در دوره طهماسب وقتی شاه طهماسب به تاریخ تیموری استناد کرد خبری از یک طاعون خراب‌شدن ایوان شاهی بر سر اعیان و علما در روز عید قربان 1105 دعوت به روضه‌ای که عوض محرم در جمادی الاولی برگزار شده، در خانه وثوق‌الدوله استفتاء از سید محمدکاظم یزدی درباره خواندن خبر عروسی حضرت قاسم میرداماد و مقایسه خودش با خواجه نصیر  .
