وقف‌نامه‌ای از آخرین ایام زندگی شیخ بهایی

The mausoleum of Shaykh Ṣafī al-Dīn Ardabīlī was always held in special esteem by the Safavid monarchs, and for this reason it also attracted the attention of government and military officials who dedicated considerable properties to it as waqf. Among these endowments was a Qurʾān donated by Abū al-Qāsem Beg Eyvāghlī Shāmlū, a statesman of the reign of Shāh ʿAbbās I (r. 996–1038 A.H./1588–1629 C.E.), which he endowed to the shrine in the first decade of Rajab 1030 A.H. Although this Qurʾān has been introduced on several occasions and parts of it have even been published, none of these studies identified the author of its waqf-nāma. This article demonstrates that the waqf deed of this Qurʾān was composed and written in the hand of Shaykh Bahāʾī (d. 1030 A.H.), the renowned scholar of the Safavid period.

بقعه شیخ صفی‌الدین اردبیلی همواره مورد توجه خاص سلاطین صفوی بود و مقامات دولتی و نظامی نیز به همین دلیل به آن توجه می‌کردند و اموال قابل توجهی را بر آن وقف کردند؛ از جمله قرآنی که ابوالقاسم‌بیگ ایواغلی شاملو از رجال دوره شاه عباس صفوی (حک. ۹۹۶- ۱۰۳۸ ق) در دهه اول رجب ۱۰۳۰ قمری بر آنجا وقف کرده بود. این قرآن پیش‌تر چند بار معرفی و حتی بخش‌هایی از آن منتشر شده است؛ اما در هیچ‌یک از آنها هویت نویسندۀ وقف‌نامه‌اش مشخص نشده است. این مقاله نشان می‌دهد وقف‌نامۀ این قرآن به انشاء و خط شیخ بهایی (د. ۱۰۳۰ق) عالم مشهور دوره صفوی است.
