دو پیشنهاد به وزارت علوم درباره مقالات علمی ـ پژوهشی (مورد مثال: رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی)

Although the regulations of promoting the faculty membersor changing their position are in terms of defining and formulating the principles quite useful, they are incomplete in certain aspects such as enactments and explanations about the research works. In this article, the author by providing some examples of Persian literature major raises two suggestions regarding how to review and rate the scientific-research papers. These two proposals are as follows: 1. A technical and exact review of the content of the published papers, not the journals in which they are published; 2.  The acceptance of only two joint papers in which the name of a student/students is along with the name of the faculty member who is an applicant for promotion.

آیین نامه ارتقا یا تبدیل وضعیت اعضای هیأت علمی گرچه به لحاظ تبیین و تنظیم اصول اداری مفید است؛ اما از نظر برخی مواد، مصوبات و توضیحات پیرامون کارهای پژوهشی، ناقص می باشد. نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر دو پیشنهاد درخصوص چگونگی بررسی و امتیازدهی مقالات علمی پژوهشی با ارائه مصادیقی از رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی، مطرح می نماید. این دو پیشنهاد بدین شرح اند: 1. بررسی فنی و دقیق محتوای مقاله های چاپ شده نه مجلات آن ها؛ 2. پذیرش فقط دو مقاله مشترک از اعضای هیأت علمی متقاضی ارتقا یا تبدیل وضعیت که نام عضو و دانشجو/ دانشجویان در آن باشد.
