بازخوانی ماجرای جهیمان العتیبی و ظهور اندیشه مهدویت در بطن وهابیت

The story of the capture of the Bayt Allah al-Harām by Juhaimān al-Otibi and his companions, which took place in the November of 1979 (the first of Muharram in 1400), is one of the strangest events of the history of Islam in Saudi Arabia, and its exact reason has been lost in the mists of time. In the present article, the author has tried to provide an academic analysis of this event based on some new information and Nāser al-Hazimi’s claims. Therefore, this paper is divided into three distinct parts. In the first and main part, the author talks about the Saudi government oppositions who were inclined to Islam, the biography of Juhaiman before 1979, and the event of mecca. Regarding the mentioned issues, he points out the formation fields of the Community of al-Salafie al-Muhtasabe, Ikhvān of Juhaimān (Juhaimān’s brothers), and some of their ideas. In the second part, he is going to analyze the reasons of Juhaimān’s movement, and evaluate the opinions which have been proposed on this matter. Finally, in the third part, he examines the legitimacy and the ideological importance of Juhaimān’s thoughts, and his impact on the next fundamentalist movements happening after him in Saudi Arabia. .

ماجرای تصرف‌ بیت‌الله الحرام توسط جهیمان العتیبی و همراهانش در نوامبر 1979/اول محرم 1400، یکی از رویدادهای عجیب تاریخ اسلام در عربستان سعودی بوده که تاکنون علت دقیق آن درک نشده است. نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات جدید در این خصوص و بر مبنای ادعاهای ناصر الحزیمی، سعی در ارائه تحلیلی علمی از این رویداد دارد. از این‌رو نویسنده، مقاله را به سه بخش مجزا از یکدیگر تقسیم نموده است. در بخش اول و اصلی آن به مخالفان اسلام‌گرای دولت سهودی و تاریخ حیات جهیمان پیش از سال 1979 و ماجرای مکه پرداخته است که در این خصوص، زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری جامعۀ السلفیه المحتسبه و اخوان جهیمان و برخی عقاید آنها را مطرح می‌کند. در بخش دوم، عوامل حرکت جهیمان را تفسیر و تحلیل کرده و در پی ارزش‌سنجی و محک نظریاتی که در این باب ارائه شده‌اند، برآمده است. در نهایت در گام سوم، مسئله مشروعیت و اهمیت عقیدتی اندیشه جهیمان العتیبی و تأثیر او بر حرکت‌های بنیادگرایانه دیگر پس از او در عربستان سعودی را مورد مداقه قرار داده است.
