چرا و چگونه ارجاع دهیم؟

One of the features of the academic writings is using authentic sources and referring to them appropriately. In fact, every kind of writing is evaluated and arbitrated according to the authenticity and the number of its citations. Therefore, the proper procedure of citing is considered to be an important part of research regulations. In the following study, the author intends to discuss the following issues: the reasons for referral, referral cases, appropriate referral sources, the number of citations, and finally the style of referring. Having pointed out that citation is one of the most controversial matters in writing journal entries; the writer has dedicated most of the present paper to the analysis of this case. In this regard, first of all, he introduces the international procedures of referring along with their features; and examines their efficiency. Following this, he criticizes the inappropriate procedure of referring. Finally, he talks about a kind of referring procedure which is appropriate for the academic community of his country, and provides some reasons in order to prove it. .

یکی از شاخصه‌های نوشته‌های علمی بهره‌گیری از منابع معتبر و داشتن ارجاعات مناسب به آن‌ها است، تا جایی که عملاً هر نوشته‌ علمی، بر اساس اعتبار، میزان، و حجم ارجاعات داوری و سنجیده می‌شود. به همین سبب امروزه شیوه درستِ استناد و ارجاع، بخشی از آیین پژوهش به شمار می‌رود. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر سعی دارد به پرسش هایی از قبیل دلایل ارجاع، موارد ارجاع، منابع شایسته ارجاع، میزان ارجاع، و نهایتاً چگونگی ارجاع، پاسخ دهد. وی با بیان این مسأله که شیوه ارجاع از بحث انگیزترین مسائل در نگارش نوشته های علمی ـ پژوهشی به شمار می رود، اکثر حجم نوشتار را به واکاوی این قضیه اختصاص داده است. در راستای این هدف، ابتدا شیوه های جهانی ارجاع را معرفی و با بیان ویژگی هر یک، کارآمدی آن ها را مورد مداقه قرار می دهد. سپس، شیوه های ارجاع نامناسب را در بوته نقد و بررسی قرار داده، از شیوه ارجاع مناسب با جامعه علمی کشور و مقبول خود، سخن به میان می آورد و می کوشد دلایلی به سود آن ارائه نماید.
